Hi
I had a problem with my car, where it would surge at high rpm, when the turbos spooled up. So i took it to a shop and they told me that my T-belt is off by 5 teeth. And they charged me close to $1250 for the T-belt service, and the car still had the same problme, at the end they told me that its the T-Body hose, it was cracked. I brought the car home, and after 3 days i tried to start the car and it woudnt turn over and i opend the hood and discovered that the top idler pully had snaped and broke the t-belt cover. I told the shop owner about it, and he said its not theyre fault. I called the dealer and they told me"who ever performed the last service on the car is responsible for the damage" and i talked to few other mechanics they told me the same. I have contacted the BBB, and its been a month he hasnet responded to them or me. Should i get a lawyer or whats my options,Any ideas or comments would help, thank you, bye.Eis
